DESCRIZIONE DELL’ATTIVITA’ OFFERTA e REQUISITI:

You will ensure that all technical processes are reliable and cost-effective and to develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods supporting the organization’s short and long-term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Design new equipment, processes, procedures and systems.
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs.
  • Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
  • Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Make improvements to current operations to enhance efficiency.
  • Diagnose faults.
  • Follow, support and implement the SKF policies.
  • University degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic/Automation or Electrical Engineering, with 2/3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good analytical, problem solving and organization skills, general financial analysis skills.
  • Excellent in communication, networking and forming strong partnerships.
  • High level of personal drive and commitment in delivering results.
  • Proven strong leadership capabilities.
  • Deep understanding and experience of successful implementation of Lean Manufacturing Methods or Lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Digitalization and automation knowledge will be considered a plus
  • You will be required to travel.
