Breve descrizione della posizione: Site Manager
Description:
The Site Manager is responsible for various construction activities including health and safety, quality control, site logistics, employee relations, supervision of subcontractors, forepersons and others to achieve project production targets.
Duties also include managing the Company’s HSEQ systems and procedures, site set up planning and security, logistics management, deliveries and traffic management. He/she works alongside the Project Manager to adhere to the construction programme including the effective sequencing of the finishing trades to maximise quality and minimise reworking, while monitoring resources, labour, plant, site set-up and other overheads.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 7+ years’ site management experience, in any combination of commercial, industrial, residential and fit-out and refurbishment building.

Site Engineer
Description
Responsible for assisting the construction management team in the on-site control of the building elements of projects, the Site Engineer’s duties include but are not limited to:

Setting out, levelling and quality control, including concrete quality through cube sampling, slump testing, etc.
Checks shuttering, steel and other dimensions prior to concrete pours and maintains materials reconciliation files.
Record keeping of all site activities, maintaining a site diary, uploading material to the DMS, etc.
Supervision of other directly employed and subcontractor personnel engaged in various elements of the construction project.
Adheres strictly to the Company’s health and safety, environmental, quality and other on-site policies and procedures.
Candidates should have appropriate engineering qualifications and a minimum of two to three years work experience gained with a building contractor. Excellent IT skills, together with a sound working knowledge of surveying instruments and equipment, is expected, while self starters and problem solvers with the ability to work well in teams can expect to enjoy career advancement opportunities within a relatively short timeframe.

Building Services Engineer

Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all building services are coordinated with other construction activities, from specification and procurement through to the installation, testing and commissioning of services in a variety of commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare buildings.

Duties also include being knowledgeable with specifications, service drawings, architectural and structural details, liaising with design teams, coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with Company standards and programme, the timely submission of O & M manuals and other ad hoc duties such as assisting in the preparation of detailed tender documentation.

Requirements:
Candidates should have relevant 3rd level qualifications and at least three years experience gained either with a building contractor or in a skills transferable field. Experience with relevant IT systems and knowledge of AutoCAD is required, as is the ability to work in teams, to be organised self starters and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
