PURCHASING INTERNSHIP
Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job:
Support Purchasing department in activities related to project and contract management
Main Accountabilities:
- Support Vidas modular project:
- Manage Request For Quotation for Vidas Modular project
- Collect and Analyze data to control the manufacturing cost of the new instrument, help with the reporting related to the project
- Manage procurement of prototype components of the new instrument according to defined timelines
- Participate to office activities for Quality, compliance commodity management
- Support the office in the contract management:
- update related to GDPR regulation drafting supplier quality agreements
Requisiti e competenze richieste:
- Mechanical Engineer specialized (or similar)
- Preferred previous experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain
- Able to follow negotiation or to work on small contracts.
