ASPIRE Internship Program is designed to enable graduates to have hands-on work experience as the foundation to their professional life and, depending on performance, be first-in-line for an ongoing career opportunity.

The ASPIRE Internship Program is a structured learning experience up to 6 months long that offers practical work experience in the Oil and Gas Industry while undertaking one core complex project to generate value for BHGE and act as a vehicle for you to demonstrate your capability and commitment. In addition to project execution you will have the opportunity to explore different aspects of the BHGE business which may open up potential opportunities for your ongoing employment.

• Work on an assignment/project within the engineering & technology landscape to stretch your learning and skillset

• Be assigned to a technical project in one of the following disciplines: Combustion, Materials, Operability, Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Gas Dynamics, Heat Transfers, Performance, Rotor Dynamics, Structure, Electrical , Systems Control and Automation, FEM analysis, etc...

• Receive active coaching and mentoring

• Use your academic knowledge to complete assigned project(s), deliver customer outcomes and improve the operation of our business

• Learn and utilize software associated with assigned tasks

• Network globally and cross-functionally with current Aspire program members and other interns; interact with global business leaders cross-functionally

Requisiti e competenze richieste:

  • Master Degree Graduates or undergraduate students who will have graduated before July 2019 in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Automation Engineering
  • Passion for Technology, team player, process oriented, curious, flexible and open minded
  • Outstanding University results - Top 25% of class (final grade minimum 105/110 or GPA 3 out of 4)
  • Fluent in English (oral and written)
  • EU Work Permit
