Breve descrizione della posizione: You are:
You are a results-oriented sales professional with a strong engineering background, fluent in both English and Italian. As a Sales for Synopsys, you serve as the primary contact between Synopsys and customers in your assigned territory or set of named accounts. You are responsible for maintaining and growing customer accounts, maximizing sales profitability, growth, and account penetration. You leverage your technical knowledge and sales expertise to identify new business opportunities, deliver value-driven solutions, and support customers in achieving their goals. Your strategic mindset, communication skills, and commitment to excellence make you a key driver of business success
Your missions:
-Customer account management
-Selling Ansys (part of Synopsys) solutions and services in a defined geographical area (prospecting, customer visits, negotiation, etc.)
-Driving the whole Sales Cycle from Lead qualification to negotiation and closing
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in technical, engineering, business, or related field; 1+ years of proven technical sales success or 5+ years of demonstrated achievements in sales roles.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the engineering software or technology sector.
Solid understanding of engineering analysis and technology—especially software and simulation solutions.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities and stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Italian to effectively engage with customers and partners.
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings and industry events.
Familiarity with Ansys products/services is a plus.
Durata prevista del contratto: indefinite
