Responsibilities:
Support to lead in CCH Tagetik implementation/customization projects for small, mid and large sized clients
Support to configuring, building, setting up all features and functions for software implementations, translating business requirements into system requirements.
Documenting all relevant client and project information, system changes, and project hours worked; providing detailed reports of work completed to clients on a regular basis.
Contribution to develop trusted client relationships vital to the success of the project and/or account, maintaining an understanding of client business goals and challenges and acting as client advocate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
Required skills:
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum experience in Consulting, Business or Data Analysis
Ability to understand business requirements and feedback from the market
Strong interpersonal communications with the ability to work in a team environment
Fluent oral and written communication skills both in English and Italian
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple simultaneous tasks
You will be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, be detail-oriented, and interested in learning their clients' business.
Preferred skills:
Good technical skills and demonstrated ability to develop data integration processes, build SQL tables, build dimensions, cubes, ETL process and write SQL queries
Knowledge of enterprise systems with hands on experience
Proven industry experience in either a consultancy or within an end users Finance department as system admin.
